Using Intellwit
You may use Intellwit for lawful personal learning and practice. You are responsible for your account, the material you submit, and keeping your sign-in methods secure. Do not use the service to harass people, violate rights, distribute malware, probe other accounts, or interfere with the service.
Practice content and feedback
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You give Intellwit the limited permission needed to host, process, and transform that content to provide the service. AI-generated opponent responses, scores, research leads, and coaching can be incomplete or wrong; verify important claims and do not treat them as professional advice.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change as the product develops. We may suspend access needed to protect users, enforce these terms, or preserve the security and availability of the service.
No guaranteed outcome
Intellwit is a practice tool. It does not guarantee competitive results, learning gains, factual accuracy, or success in any real-world conversation. Your judgment remains the final authority.
Ending use
You may stop using Intellwit and delete your account from settings. Provisions that must reasonably survive—such as ownership, disclaimers, security records, and limits tied to past use—continue after termination.
