What Intellwit collects
We store the account details you provide, your practice settings, debate and preparation content, generated feedback, skill history, and the technical records needed to keep the service secure. Optional research measurements are collected only after separate consent.
How the information is used
We use this information to run your practice sessions, generate feedback, preserve your progress, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information or use private practice content to target advertising.
AI and research services
Practice content may be sent to configured AI providers to generate an opponent response, evaluation, or coaching. Evidence searches may send your search terms to research providers. Provider processing is limited to the service requested and governed by their terms.
Voice and uploads
Optional browser speech recognition is controlled by your browser or device provider. Intellwit stores the resulting transcript and timing, not an audio recording. Any file you upload is validated and stored in a user-scoped private location.
Control and retention
You can export your profile and training records from account settings. You can also delete your account; the service removes user content through its deletion workflow, subject to limited security, audit, and legal retention requirements. Withdrawing from optional research stops future research collection.
Security and sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to operate Intellwit, when you direct us to, or when required by law. Controls include row-level data isolation, encrypted transport, restricted administrative access, rate limits, and audit records. No system is risk-free.
